The epic battle between MM and BM

Everyone that has been playing WoW for awhile has probably heard a few arguements on what spec is the best. "BM is best for dps cause...." "I don't know what rock you bumped your head on MM is best for dps cause...". I have never lowered myself to jump into one of those arguements cause really it is a waste of time. I don't know how a Surv spec is played I haven't tried it...yet!!! Everyone has their preferred spec, I was a BM hunter until level 70 when I started raiding and then I changed over to MM. Both are equally good just in there own way. BM relies more on a pet to do damage where as MM most of the damage comes from the hunter. If you are playing a hunter for the first time and haven't played one before I would recommend going BM. Your pet will get more aggro so you won't take as much damage. Level yourself up to level 70 as BM and then switch over to MM. For everyone else who has played a hunter before you already know what you like, so you should stick with it.
